1. Return Policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 15 days from the date you receive your item.
Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging intact (no damage or stains)

Exception:
If the item has a quality issue (such as damage, loose stitching, major color difference, or incorrect size), the above conditions do not apply. However, you must provide clear photo or video evidence.


Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return, along with photo/video proof (if applicable)
  3. After approval, we will provide the return address
  4. Ship the item back and send us the tracking number
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days

Non-Returnable Items
